From the WATS website: “Together with conference content focusing on training technologies, “best practices” and “lessons learned” that the industry has come to value from WATS, we will also provide international insights into evolving aviation career paths and the imperative of identifying and developing professionalism in aviation personnel as the industry grapples with demographic challenges and ever-increasing growth. As ever, targeted conference sessions on the latest global air carrier training issues will be part of WATS 2019, as well as specific insight into the critical role of the instructor – as teacher, mentor, and role model. And across all streams of the conference, presentations and moderated discussions led by industry experts will focus on dealing with the challenges that technology, evidence, regulatory environments and our increasing knowledge of human performance are bringing to this critical industry.”
Abstracts accepted through 12/21/18.
All activities of WATS 2019 will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Detailed information on the agenda, registration, etc. may be found here.
